How do I place an order?

After registration, at your request, you will be added to special discount groups for even bigger discounts. Where do I get any of my Invoice?

We will send any of your invoice to your email once the order has been confirmed and is ready for shipment.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible so that we can assist you with this. Charges may apply. In close cooperation with our suppliers we will reach the best solution for you.

Do you offer Original Spare Parts only?

We offer genuine spare parts and OEM Parts.

How do I check my order status?

You can follow the current processing status of each ordered part in your account order history.

How do I change the delivery address on my order?

Your delivery address can only be changed before issuing of invoice. To do this, head to your account and click on your profile page and (Edit) or send us an email to change your details.

Can you deliver on a fixed date?

We are always open for the wishes of our customer and appreciate to deliver on your fixed date.

What payment methods do you accept?

You have the choice between the following payment methods: : - Cash Payment - Bank Transfer - SEPA direct debit

Which shipping companies do you work with?

There are a lot of shipping companies we are working with. We prefer UPS for parcel shipping. Contact us if you wish us to palletize your order.

When will you ship out my order?

We endeavor to ship your order as soon as possible. After we have confirmed your payment, we strive to dispatch your order within one working day. There are no dispatches or deliveries during weekends or public holidays, but we will send a tracking number to your email as soon as we ship your item so you know that it is safely in transit.

I have received a different item to what I have ordered/ My item is missing parts!

Can I pick up my item from your warehouse and save on postage costs?

Yes ,once payment is received, or cash on pick up is also available,after order and confirmation via are salesteam they will advise you when your part is available to be picked up from warehouse .

Can I reserve or hold an item?

Our amazingly low prices means that items sell out fast. Due to the nature of being an online store, we are unable to hold items or provide lay-by services so it is best to get in quick!
